A Little About Us
Craft House North park offers handcrafted burgers, tacos, and seafood. We grind our beef daily, use fresh-baked buns, and local organic ingredients.
We strive to provide you with the freshest ingredients available. We proudly serve local artisan products. Organic is important to us, but most importantly we believe in all natural products without the use of steroids or growth hormones and responsibly raised animals. We embrace the idea of localism to strengthen our community as well as our preference for products and practices that are sustainable.
When we opened our food truck, Monster Crafts, in 2015, our mission was simple: use our culinary training and passion for good food make the best craft grub in San Diego. Fortunately, our neighbors loved our work as much as we did, and within just a few years we opened our brick-and-mortar restaurant, Craft House North Park. We've been taking our culinary ambitions to new heights ever since. With a chef-driven menu that includes local organic ingredients, responsibly sourced meats, and flavor combinations that challenge your palate, Craft House is an ode to creative food and the San Diego community.

Chef Caesar H.
Chef Caesar obtained his associates degree in the Science of Culinary arts at the International Culinary art school at the Art institute of San Diego and gained his experience working at San Diego's best restaurants.
